The Democrats dug their own grave without any help from anyone except their Wall Street backers…

We need a new political party that is PART of the movements for peace and social justice. This voting out of fear of the Republicans has to end. In no other country in the world do people vote out of fear... if reactionaries get elected people stand up and fight against them.

Why should we give up our votes to politicians and get NOTHING in return except for:

- wars upon wars,
- a health insurance profit maximization act,
- massive unemployment,
- failure to enforce affirmative action,
-  hundreds of thousands of working class families losing their homes

Politicians like Obama and these other Wall Street backed Democrats should be punished at the polls...

In a democracy they usually call this "A-C-C-O-U-N-T-A-B-I-L-I-T-Y"

Learn the word, Stan; because the American people are going to the polls (or sitting out the November Election) with accountability in mind.

If these politicians like these Madison Avenue created Wall Street flim-flam con-artists working as health insurance salesman passing himself off as a President elected on the basis of "change we can believe in" like Barack Obama don't know the meaning of the word, give them a dictionary not your vote.

Most working people have more to fear from their bosses than from a two-bit half-assed fascist like Sarah Palin and I don't see any of you Obama backers calling for an end to "at-will hiring, at-will firing."

No peace; no votes.
No real health care reform; no votes.
No jobs with enforcement of affirmative action; no votes.
No moratorium on home foreclosures; no votes.

Stan, what makes you think that "fear" of Palin and the Republicans is enough for people to give away their votes to Democrats who were too cowardly to stand up to Bush and acquiesced to, (when not actually supporting) the Republicans, and now these same Democrats are carrying out the job where Bush left off--- complete with fighting these dirty wars for oil and opium?

Stan, maybe if your mother would have breast fed you, you might have some empathy for working people and our problems, and the poor people dying in these senseless wars.

Ten billion dollars a year down the drain funding the Israeli killing machine to carry out pogroms against the Palestinian people!
