Obama can’t do anything; his friends say he is just the President and has little real power…

If the president and all these people have so little power to turn things around; it must be the politicians--- Democrats and Republicans--- don't really cause any problems... after all, if you can't solve problems you can't create problems and if Obama and the Democrats have so little control over anything why was everyone so worried about Republicans getting elected?
Come on... let's get real here; Obama has the power to turn this country in another direction if he wants to; the problem is he is just another Wall Street flunky "minding the store."
Roosevelt turned this country around with a much more reactionary congress--- House and Senate--- than what we have now... what not of you Obama supporters want to admit that he was being forced to do what he did by a massive movement of the people led by real leaders with courage like Earl Browder, William Z. Foster, Elizabeth Gurley Flynn, James W. Ford, Paul Robeson and Wyndham Mortimer.
Obama would turn this country around real quick if he had a movement demanding he do so that wasn't afraid to fight him... but, then again, the Democrats fought Roosevelt tooth and nail and even tried several times to impeach his Secretary of Labor, Frances Perkins and they tried to get rid of Harry Hopkins and when all they pressured Roosevelt to get rid of Henry Wallace.
Now, with Obama, he doesn't need any pressure from anyone to kick his liberal, progressive and left supporters--- a bunch of doting fools at this point--- under the bus.
He is even going after a little left wing sect, the Freedom Road Socialist Organization, which supported him and they are so damn dumb they are blaming George Bush!
